4.1 Each individual may hold only one Account on the bs77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must promptly update them if they change.
4.3 bs77 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at registration or at any subsequent point, including before processing withdrawal requests. 4.4 Accounts registered using false or fraudulent information will be immediately terminated, and any funds held therein may be forfeited.

5.3 bs77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or from your own conduct. bs77 will, however, investigate all reported security incidents in good faith.

All deposits on the bs77 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. bs77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

7.1 All bets placed on the bs77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport, as published on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall govern.

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion.
8.2 Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before they may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, wagers made with Bonus Funds on live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo) may contribute a different percentage toward wagering requirements than wagers made on slots — refer to specific promotion terms.

10.1 bs77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.
10.2 In the event of termination for breach, bs77 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
10.3 Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting bs77 customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (net of Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.

11.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Members who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts.
